We all carry voices inside us. Some whisper encouragement, while others criticise or hold us back. In this episode, we explore the contrast between the Inner Critic š ā the harsh, demanding part that fuels self-doubt and perfectionism ā and the Inner Ally š± ā the compassionate, encouraging voice that reminds us of our strengths.
